We accept cash, personal checks, Mastercard and Visa. Payment is due on the day of your appointment.

Insurance Reimbursement

Jeanne Atkin, L.Ac. is a provider for Cigna and Oxford. If you have insurance coverage (other than Cigna and Oxford) for acupuncture, Pinehurst Healing Arts will submit your claims so that you may be reimbursed according to your coverage. Many HMO’s are recognizing the importance of acupuncture in healthcare. If insurance reimbursement is a priority for you we encourage you to contact your carrier to be informed of your benefits. Many employers now offer flex-spending benefits which can be applied toward acupuncture treatments.

Cancellation Policy

Missed appointments or appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice will be charged the full session fee.
